Intercultural competencies is characterized by a range of skills, attitudes, values and knowledge that allows the individual to adapt, efficiently, to a multicultural environment. It involves cognitive, emotional, social and behavioral processes that enable the individual to communicate, to behave and to avoid conflicts in a multi-diverse world.
